Looking through a box of vintage books I got from an auction for 8 bucks! - Tom Ray's Day 200714

Another look at my daily life since I decided to sell collectibles and pop-culture items I collect on eBay to help support my art career instead of starting a Patreon or taking on freelance work.

I got two boxes of vintage books from an online auction for 8 bucks and I wasn't even sure what I got. But I know some of these will sell pretty quick in my eBay store. Then I also draw my daily webcomic.

But first I start by playing a Walter Payton Flexi-disc that I found from the 80s of a promotional song he recorded for Kentucky fried chicken. And it's as amazing as you would think.

Making a book of my webcomic - publishing and cost - Part 3

This is the third video in a series about how I make books of my webcomics This is the 3rd video in a series I’ve been doing about turning the webcomic I post each day into my own paperback book that I can sell on amazon and more! In the last few videos , I went over how I started the comic, what I used to make the comic, how I chose the sizes for multiple platforms and for print, and the easy way I use google docs and google photos to help me get it ready for printing on amazon at the end of each year. At this point in the process, I’ve created a cover for the book by downloading a cover template from KDP based on the number of pages in my book. And I’ve added all the webcomics from the past year that I had backed up in google photos and imported them to google docs. Now I’m going to start the publishing process on KDP. Adding info for the KDP book The first step is adding the title info and author info. Plus a description of the book for the Amazon page. Also need to add a category

Rotating chair.

It's like I forgot how they work.

Making a book of my webcomic - Artwork/Book sizes & Printing - Part 2

This is the second video in a series about how I make books of my webcomics In the previous video , I gave some background about how I started my webcomic, how I add the images to my book with the help of Google Photos and Google docs. You can check out part 1 here -  https://www.tomrayswebsite.com/2022/01/making-book-of-my-webcomic-how-i-add.html In this video, I wanted to talk more about how my webcomic transformed from something I was just posting on my website to a thing that I could find multiple uses for. Now when I drew the comic I knew it was going to be something I would publish as a book, put on multiple media sites that people use, and sell at shows and pop-ups if I wanted to. Now each webcomic is being turned into several things. ( You can check out my Amazon books here - https://amzn.to/3qzSNdL ) How did I choose a size for my book? Since I started making these the 3 books I published of my webcomics have all been different sizes. When I was just posting it on my website

Gag reflex.

The edges touching the sides of my tongue is what causes it. I don't understand why?
